Análisis y desarrollo de parámetros y criterios en la implementación de aplicativos móviles de información turística en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

Nowadays the mobile tourism has turned into the main trend for tourists, tourist sector, public and private entities to the moment to offer information, promote services and getting to know the destination respectively. Because of this, the present work of degree comprises the stud y of the mobile tourism´s influence in the needs and behavior of the tourist in the city of Guayaquil. It focuses in the study of the theoretical model of Leiper, which offered us a systematic methodological guide to be followed in regard to the origin, destination and traffic route. Likewise it prioritizes the current analysis of the mobile tourism and it´s relationship between the tourist and the tourist plant in the world-wide field and also in Guayaquil, studying the different technological methods that use the tourists to be able to obtain tourist information and the development of mobile applications by means of public companies and deprived in the tourist sector. The investigation is done through data collection tools such as: surveys, interviews, direct observation, which are carried out to national and foreign tourists and different agents of the tourism industry. Finally, the proposal is based on the development of a series of parameters and criteria that should be included in the content of the applications of tourist information, with the aim of improving the relationship of all the agents that make up the tourist plant and the tourist to provide optimal advice during his tenure at the destination.
