Description:	This thesis is about an Agrotouristic Reactivation Plan in the Site of Mendoza, Canton of Junín, Province of Manabí, which is underlined due to the insufficient agrotouristic alternatives that exist in the area, despite the fact that they have some natural resources of tourist potential that can be well spent if training is given to the community. General purpose: Design a plan to revive tourism as of the advice to the community for the creation of agrotouristic farms for the use and exploitation of natural resources of the area. For this, we have considered five chapters: In the first chapter, we provide an introduction to the proposal, the problems are brought up, we establish the general and specific objectives as well as justification. The second chapter deals with the research design and the different means used to obtain the public and tourists' points of view. The third chapter outlines the proposed project and the analysis of economic, environmental and cultural impacts, the layout of the agrotouristic farm is shown. The fourth chapter cites the marketing plan based on strategies to attract tourists. The fifth and final chapter provides financial analysis under the following parameters; projections of revenue, cost analysis, cash flow, NPV and IRR financial evaluation analysis. It also presents the general conclusions that were reached with this proposal which meets with the general and specific purpose of the thesis. La presente tesis es un Plan de Reactivación agroturística en el Sitio Mendoza, del Cantón Junín, Provincia de Manabí, se pone en manifiesto debido a la insuficientes alternativas agroturísticas existentes en el Sector, pese a que cuentan con recursos naturales de potencial turístico que pueden ser bien aprovechados si se les brinda una capacitación a la comunidad. La misma que tienen como objetivo general: Diseñar un plan de reactivación turística a partir del asesoramiento a la comunidad para la creación de fincas agroturísticas para la utilización y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales del Sitio. Para esto hemos planteado cinco capítulos, en el primero capítulo se hace una introducción sobre la propuesta, se plantea la problemática, se establece el objetivo general y los objetivos específico, así como la justificación. En el segundo capítulo se refiere a diseño de investigación y los diferentes medios que se utilizaron para obtener la opinión de la población y de los turistas. En el tercer capítulo se expone la propuesta del proyecto y análisis de los impactos económico, ambiental y cultural, se muestra el diseño de la finca agroturística. En el cuarto capítulo se cita el plan de marketing en base a estrategias para atraer al turista. En el quinto y último capítulo se realiza el análisis financiero bajo los siguientes parámetros; proyección de ingresos, análisis de los costos, flujo de efectivo, análisis evaluación financiera VAN y TIR. Además se presentan las conclusiones generales a las que se llegaron con esta propuesta que responde al objetivo general y específicos de la tesis.
