Influencia de las experiencias infantiles en la elección de objeto de amor en adolescentes.

Abstract

The present research work dealt with the influence of childhood experiences on the choice of love object in adolescents, since this aspect addresses a frequent problem in adolescence that is linked to the ways of establishing romantic relationships. The objective was to analyze the influence of childhood experiences on the choice of love object in adolescents through a descriptive method for a possible clinical practice with adolescents. This research was carried out taking into account the qualitative approach with a descriptive methodology. The information collection technique was the review of bibliographic sources, which was carried out from an intertextual and intratextual reading; The sample was intentional and theoretical. Books such as The Current Adolescent by Damasia Amadeo De Freda, Adolescence in Current Times by Guillermo Adrián López and The Unconscious in Love by Silvia Elena Tendlarz were used as instruments, chosen from the variables choice of love object and childhood experiences. From the results obtained, the importance of considering childhood history to understand conflicts during adolescence and how it affects when trying to bond with others was identified, likewise, these are repeated unconsciously. Therapeutic work must be oriented towards clarifying the subject's identifications and opening up new possibilities that facilitate the subject's construction of their own desire.
