| Résumé: | The investigation analyzes the actual state a hardware store in Ecuador of J&Q Tools, and and proposes strategies for sustainable in a highly competitive market. The needs of the company are studied by looking at theory and analyzing data. The results show that, customers are very satisfied, there are problems such as low staff and infrastructure. It’s suggested to offer more products, improve the online presence and train the team to get closer to customers. Implementing these strategies could position J&Q Tools as a leader in the hardware sector. |
| Description: | La investigación analiza el estado actual de J&Q Tools, una ferretería en Ecuador, y propone estrategias para su crecimiento sostenible en un mercado altamente competitivo. Se estudian las necesidades de la empresa mirando la teoría y analizando datos. Los resultados muestran que, aunque los clientes están muy satisfechos, hay problemas como poco personal y mala infraestructura. Se sugiere ofrecer más productos, mejorar la presencia en línea y capacitar al equipo para acercarse más a los clientes. La implementación de estas estrategias podría posicionar a J&Q Tools como un líder en el sector ferretero. |
