| Abstract: | Financial analysis is of vital importance, apply it in companies today, because it is a tool that is very helpful for management decision making, that is why in this research work addresses what this tool means to perform analysis of new or existing projects (clients), through which 3 existing projects within the company PROVICA will be evaluated, PROTECCIÓN Y VIGILANCIA CIA. LTDA., and a new project in which the company could enter to offer its services, this will be through the analysis tool of the NPV (Net Present Value), the IRR (Internal Rate of Return) and the PayBack or recovery period, in order to know if this new project is viable or not for the company and the recovery time that would have to wait to see its return investment. |
| Description: | El análisis financiero es de vital importancia, aplicarlo en las compañías actualmente, debido a que es una herramienta que es de mucha ayuda para la toma de decisiones gerenciales, es por eso por lo que en este trabajo de investigación aborda lo que significa esta herramienta para realizar análisis de proyectos (clientes) nuevos o existentes, mediante la cual se evaluarán 3 proyectos existentes dentro de la compañía PROVICA, PROTECCIÓN Y VIGILANCIA CIA. LTDA., y un nuevo proyecto en la que la compañía podría ingresar a ofrecer sus servicios, esto será mediante la herramienta de análisis del VAN (Valor Actual Neto), la TIR (Tasa Interna de Retorno) y el PayBack o periodo de recuperación, con la finalidad de conocer si este nuevo proyecto es o no viable para la compañía y el tiempo de recuperación que tendría que esperar para ver de retorno su inversión. |
