Abstract

This thesis was carried out with the objective of designing communication actions that contribute to the institutional strengthening of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of the San Vicente Canton. These actions will be taken in conjunction with the Municipal Council, which must seek better mechanisms for communication management. It is necessary for the GADs to communicate the results of their management so that citizens achieve adequate knowledge of the activities they carry out, this will generate a link between the institution and citizens, an action that will improve the perception that they have of the entity. At the same time, its institutional level will be strengthened.
