dc.descriptionEsta tesis se realizó con el objetivo de diseñar acciones de comunicación que contribuyan al fortalecimiento institucional del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado (GAD) Municipal del Cantón San Vicente. Esas acciones se tomarán en conjunto con el Consejo Municipal que deberá buscar mejores mecanismos para la gestión de la comunicación. Se hace preciso que los GADs comuniquen los resultados de su gestión para que los ciudadanos alcancen el conocimiento adecuado de las actividades que realizan, ello generará un vínculo entre la institución y los ciudadanos, acción que mejorará la percepción que éstos tienen de la entidad. Al tiempo se fortalecerá el nivel institucional de la misma.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis thesis was carried out with the objective of designing communication actions that contribute to the institutional strengthening of the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) of the San Vicente Canton. These actions will be taken in conjunction with the Municipal Council, which must seek better mechanisms for communication management. It is necessary for the GADs to communicate the results of their management so that citizens achieve adequate knowledge of the activities they carry out, this will generate a link between the institution and citizens, an action that will improve the perception that they have of the entity. At the same time, its institutional level will be strengthened.en_US
