Abstract

Next, the architectural proposal is developed in the city of Machala, Province of El Oro; in which a shelter is proposed for retirees with recreational, recreational and health spaces that directly involve the entire city. This project stems from the need to delay the physical and cognitive deterioration of retirees for the strengthening and social integration of older adults. The site will be technically designed and the construction system to be used will be with traditional materials. It is resolved by creating activities of interest in the central axis of the project with a covered route at different heights promoting the largest stay in the area and the connection with the vegetation encouraging internal visuals of contemplation.
