Abstract

The project is developed in the city of Machala, in the province of El Oro, seeking to create a reception center for retired seniors in that city, focused on it being a space that helps in the development of different activities for users and serves as a space for community integration. In the document you will find, as different elements of architecture can be maintained and re-interpreted to design spaces where the most important is the different sensations and memories that users have. The project aims to design these spaces in a medianero terrain that has a variety of high vegetation, which seeks to maintain and reinvigorate creating interior courtyards as recreation areas.
