El uso del acuerdo de confidencialidad en los testamentos y su incidencia notarial.

Abstract

The present investigation begins with a cluster of sections with theoretical content regarding the will, going through a compilation of doctrinal concepts in terms of considerations with topics of a confidential nature. With the development of the project, it is evident that the Ecuadorian State enjoys all legal regulations regarding needs that guarantee the privacy of privileged information, since it guarantees that the disclosure of information that is believed to be sensitive is fully consented to by those who have the right, and that; applied to testamentary instruments, they can be of valuable synergy between them. After the outcome of the aforementioned project, it can be inferred that the current law does not need to be reformed; but disseminated for its use and promulgation.
