dc.descriptionLa presente investigación inicia con un cúmulo de apartados con contenido teórico referente al testamento, surcando por una recopilación de conceptos doctrinales en cuanto a consideraciones con temáticas de tinte confidencial. Con el desarrollo del proyecto, se evidencia que el Estado ecuatoriano goza de toda normativa legal frente a necesidades que garanticen la privacidad de información privilegiada, puesto que avala que la divulgación de una información que se crea sensible, sea totalmente consentida para quien tenga derecho, y que; aplicada a instrumentos testamentarios, pueden ser de valiosa sinergia entre estos. Posteriormente el desenlace del mencionado proyecto, se podrá colegir que la ley actual no necesita ser reformada; sino difundida para su uso y promulgación.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe present investigation begins with a cluster of sections with theoretical content regarding the will, going through a compilation of doctrinal concepts in terms of considerations with topics of a confidential nature. With the development of the project, it is evident that the Ecuadorian State enjoys all legal regulations regarding needs that guarantee the privacy of privileged information, since it guarantees that the disclosure of information that is believed to be sensitive is fully consented to by those who have the right, and that; applied to testamentary instruments, they can be of valuable synergy between them. After the outcome of the aforementioned project, it can be inferred that the current law does not need to be reformed; but disseminated for its use and promulgation.en_US
