Implementación de módulos para la gestión de beneficiarios de la plataforma e-learning de los proyectos de Alfabetización Digital gestionado por la carrera de Ingeniería en Ciencias de la Computación de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la UCSG.

Abstract

The advancement of information and communication technologies has facilitated new ways of educating, among them is e-learning education, which consists of distance learning characterized by physical separation between teacher and student and by communication through Internet. This type of teaching is practiced in the Chongón Digital project, through a platform, which has been proposed to implement modules for beneficiary management, because the current tool is incomplete. For this purpose, the quantitativequalitative methodological approach was used, with a type of descriptive and field research, and for the collection of information, an interview with an elearning expert, and the project director was used to know their opinions; In addition, a survey was applied to the instructors, on the need for the development of the modules. It was known that the important thing is to leave a platform that serves for those who are trained and for those who do not, so that new beneficiaries can have access, without having to have a physical teacher; It was also perceived that the platform should incorporate the new modules. Finally, it is recommended the development of a mobile application that allows to evaluate and realize the same objectives that the project has.
