La propuesta de reforma al COGEP en materia de Abandono, en el proceso civil.

Abstract

This thesis lies within procedural law, aims to analyze the institution of abandonment, its origin, the way it has been conceived in the Code Organic General of processes COGEP, and as its inadequate regulation leads to a need for reform, which is still a project, but I saw a need to study the matter in order to know what it is and if it is beneficial to the parties, this document starts conceptualizing the abandonment as an extraordinary form of concluding a process and the way in which is regulated currently in the General code of processes, on the other hand, took into consideration proposed reform since it involves an analysis of the changes that could be affected COGEP, in the case of entering in force, and how those changes might have an affectation to effective judicial protection of those involved in the process.
