Implementación de un portal web jurídico para agendar consultoría y seguimiento legal en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

This project aims to determine the degree of incidence in the implementation of an online legal web portal to schedule legal consultancies and legal monitoring in Guayaquil. For this reason, the Authors carried out surveys of Lawyers in different specialties. The applied research techniques resulted in the fact that if there is a need for the Lawyers to acquire the services of an online legal web portal of these characteristics. In addition,newly graduated law professionals believe that adding a new sales channel to their professional life will help them grow in the workplace and generate more opportunities to sell their legal services, 87.9% of the total population of Lawyers in the The city of Guayaquil believes that a digital tool with these characteristics is necessary since it will help them maintain direct communication between Lawyers and Clients. After analyzing the results, the proposal was prepared together with a functional prototype of the legal web portal, which was adjusted to the needs and suggestions presented by specialists in the legal field.
