| dc.description | Este proyecto pretende determinar el grado de incidencia en la implementación de un portal web jurídico online para agendar consultorías jurídicas y seguimiento legal en Guayaquil. Por ello los Autores realizaron encuestas a Abogados en diferentes especialidades. Las técnicas de investigación aplicadas dieron como resultado que en efecto si existe la necesidad por parte de los Abogados de adquirir los servicios de un portal web jurídico online de estas características. Además que profesionales del Derecho recién graduados creen que añadir un nuevo canal de ventas a su vida profesional los ayudara a crecer en el ámbito laboral y su vez generar más oportunidades de vender sus servicios legales, el 87.9% de la población total de Abogados en la ciudad de Guayaquil creen necesario una herramienta digital con estas características ya que los ayudara a mantener comunicación directa entre Abogados y Clientes. Luego del análisis de resultados se elaboró la propuesta junto con un prototipo funcional del portal web jurídico la misma que se ajustó a las necesidades y sugerencias expuestas por especialistas en el campo legal. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This project aims to determine the degree of incidence in the implementation of an online legal web portal to schedule legal consultancies and legal monitoring in Guayaquil. For this reason, the Authors carried out surveys of Lawyers in different specialties.
