| dc.description | El señor sargento Freddy Gustavo Velasco Ortega después de 25 años de servicio en las Fuerzas Armadas, pretende ascender al grado de sub oficial mayor, para lo cual según la normativa institucional vigente, tiene que cumplir con un curso de ascenso denominado curso de Mando Y Liderazgo. El sargentoprimero Velasco postula para el curso en mención, pero lamentablemente después de su evaluación, la comisión resuelve declararlo NO APTO para realizar el curso, por el hecho de tener hijos fuera del matrimonio, lo cual lo imposibilita para el ascenso. La resolución de la Comisión Calificadora para el ingreso al curso de Mando Y Liderazgo, es una resolución Inconstitucional y Discriminatoria, que vulnera Derechos y Principios fundamentales. | en_US |

First sergeant Velasco postulates for the course in question, but unfortunately after its evaluation, the commission resolves to declare it NOT suitable for the course, due to the fact of having children outside the marriage, which makes it impossible for the ascent.
