Abstract

The project aims to design a manual of functions for the administrative staff of the Santa Maria Educational Unit. The method for data collection consisted of qualitative and descriptive methodology with each of the administrative staff through interview and observation for data collection. The result was the disagreement of their activities for each job, by means of which the lack of a Manual of functions for the Santa Maria Educational Unit. Therefore this work is a systematic set of qualitative data and information that allows to obtain as final result the DESIGN OF A MANUAL OF FUNCTIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL OF THE EDUCATIONAL UNIT SANTA MARIA DE LA CIUDAD MACHALA, PROVINCE OF EL ORO, the same as Will be of great use for the development of the educational unit since in this one it details the functions that each administrative personnel has to play in its respective department, having as a result with this that they save resources since it avoids the loss of time and in many Sometimes the duplication of functions in the staff.
