Análisis de la oferta turística en los hoteles de "Ciudad del Sol" en Guayaquil, para personas con movilidad reducida.

Abstract

The purpose of this current work is to evaluate the tourist facilities and the accommodation offered by establishments settled in “Ciudad del Sol” and the proposed of a plan of improvement oriented to the hotel services of the well-known "Ciudad del Sol" in Guayaquil, area that is conformed by the hotels: Sheraton, Sonesta and Howard Johnson. In order to carry out the present investigation, 4 chapters were developed, in which the situation of each one of the hotels, Sheraton, Sonesta and Howard Johnson was analyzed on the lodging and the accessibility of people with reduced mobility. In the data collection, an interview was conducted, the same that was made to a customer with reduced mobility and to the marketing managers of the hotels at Ciudad del Sol. In research provides with important information to carry out the proposal and thus to be able to analyze and propose a solution to the identified problem. Chapter 4 presents a plan of physical and communication improvements to increase the demand in this segment of the market to the hotel sector based Ciudad del Sol, thus achieving an inclusive and quality service.
