| Abstract: | This project will reveal how to create an advisory tax company, and the implications towards this idea. The idea appears from the conflict between Tax Administration and the private companies, which is increasing problems for the companies because of the tax revisions made by the IRS. We will present the structure of the company that we want to create, a market research of what variables affects this kind of service, and finally show that this a very profitable project, with a social purpose. |
| Description: | Este proyecto es una empresa de asesoría tributaria contable, nace de la evidente falta de cultura tributaria en el Ecuador, y el efecto que está teniendo sobre las empresas y las personas. Analizaremos la estructura de la empresa, el mercado de firmas asesoras, y entorno económico que rodea a estas empresas. Este proyecto nos mostrara un lado más social de una actividad esencialmente numérica. |
