Abstract

This research focuses on improving the technical report creation process at BangtecServices S.A., a company dedicated to providing technological services. Currently, the preparation of these reports represents a bottleneck that affects both the client’s perception and the company’s internal efficiency. This final stage usually falls on management, who must review, correct, or even rewrite documents before sending them, adding an extra operational burden and diverting attention from strategic functions. For this reason, the implementation of an artificial intelligence assistant is proposed to support technicians during the writing process, enabling the transformation of technical data into clear, coherent, and well-structured reports without losing the company’s distinctive style. This development will be carried out using the Design Thinking methodology, which applies a practical, people-centered approach, complemented by visual tools such as Kanban to improve workflow organization and allow for tracking each task within the process. The proposal includes not only the use of technology but also the active involvement of the team at every stage, ensuring that solutions are aligned with the company’s real everyday needs. With this comprehensive approach, the proposed solution aims to optimize delivery times, enhance the quality of the generated reports, reduce the management's workload, and implement a more organized, clear, and sustainable way of working for the technical team.
