Diseño de estructura organizacional para la academia deportiva de Artes Marciales Scorpion´s.

Abstract

This graduation project focuses on the design of an organizational structure for the Scorpions Martial Arts Sports Academy in Guayaquil, aiming to overcome the centralization of responsibilities and foster sustainable growth. The study begins with a diagnosis that identifies management exclusively concentrated in its directors, which generates operational saturation and limits institutional expansion. Through a methodology with a socio-critical, qualitative, and descriptive approach, the research utilizes inductive methods and interviews to understand the internal dynamics and the real needs of the stakeholders involved. The results of the legal, administrative, and financial diagnosis reveal the absence of formalized processes and a structured accounting system, which hinders long-term planning. To address these deficiencies, the proposal suggests a transition toward a divisional organizational structure that separates technical teaching activities from support functions such as marketing and finance. The project outlines brand positioning strategies, digitalization of services through specialized software, and the creation of strategic alliances to diversify the offering toward corporate and institutional sectors. In conclusion, the implementation of this organizational model seeks to optimize operational efficiency, ensure financial stability, and consolidate the academy's prestige within the sports market of the Mucho Lote sector.
