Abstract

The present architectural project proposes the design of a community equipment aimed at strengthening social integration, entrepreneurship and spiritual formation of the inhabitants of the sector. The concept of the project is based on the creation of flexible and multifunctional spaces that respond to the needs of the community, the sector church and the neighborhood committee, which currently do not have adequate infrastructure for the development of communal activities, formative and organizational. The proposal is organized from three architectural volumes that allow the modulation of spaces through mobile enclosure systems, allowing their independent or integrated use according to the requirements of each activity. On the ground floor are public areas intended for entrepreneurship, exhibition, community meeting and children’s recreation, as well as service spaces. The first floor hosts training workshops, cultural activities and childcare areas. In the second floor are concentrated the administrative areas corresponding to the religious community and the neighborhood committee.
