Abstract

The purpose of this research seeks to incorporate within the scientific contributions, variables and categories that allow us to understand the impact that the different expressions of gender violence have on the work and productive development of women, since being subjected to violent conditions or behaviors, whether in a physical, psychological and sexual way, among others, have as a consequence not only an emotional impact that will determine their work relationships and therefore their work environment, but will also reduce their self-esteem, limiting them to access a violence-free environment where they can enjoy growth. professionals and achieve remuneration in line with their skills and abilities. To achieve this purpose, a sample of documented inputs has been obtained that have been subjected to a strict review and compilation taking into account their publication between the years 2018 and 2025, in order to reveal through a critical analysis, the relationship between the scenarios of violence against women and their influence on job development.
