Abstract

The following work is the proposal of a collective housing project that integrates housing units of social and public interest intended for various groups of users. It aims to promote community life through community spaces shared among the inhabitants of the complex. This project attempts to contribute to the reactivation of the urban center of the city of Guayaquil, extending the dynamism and movement that characterizes Panama Street. The project works toward contributing to the solution of housing needs in the urban center of the city
