Abstract

This work presents a proposal for Community Neighborhood Equipment in the Centenario neighborhood, in the south of Guayaquil; It arises from the scarcity of community spaces that promote activity and union. The main objective of this project is the integration of physical spaces that facilitate the adequate progress of the community in different aspects, such as the social, cultural and civic sphere; associated with a base program that manages to adapt to the needs of the inhabitants of different neighborhoods. It seeks to generate opportunities for the growth and development of area residents through recreation and training spaces. Based on the natural, infrastructural and socioeconomic conditions, strategies are generated that resolve each of them, in order to meet the needs of users for common well-being, and achieve the sense of identity and belonging of the inhabitants of the neighborhood. .
