| dc.description | Esta tesis se centra en la creación de una composición musical inspirada en “The Only Thing They Fear Is You” de Mick Gordon, un tema ampliamente reconocido por su influencia en el videojuego DOOM Eternal. La metodología utilizada en esta investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativo con alcance descriptivo. La investigación implica un análisis minucioso de los elementos musicales presentes en la obra original y documenta el proceso de composiciónde una nueva pieza titulada “The Soldier Who Was Forgotten in Hell”, que captura la esencia del tema de origen. Durante el desarrollo de este trabajo, se realizó la transcripción de partitura y un detallado análisis de la partitura para la selección de elementos y recursos a utilizar. En última instancia, esta investigación rinde homenaje a la creatividad y la innovación en la música contemporánea, destacando la influencia significativa de Mick Gordon en el ámbito musical. | en_US |

The methodology employed in this research adopts a qualitative approach with a descriptive scope. The study involves a meticulous analysis of the musical elements present in the original work and documents the composition process of a new piece titled "The Soldier Who Was Forgotten in Hell," which captures the essence of the original theme. Throughout the development of this work, the musical score was transcribed, and a detailed analysis of the score was conducted to select elements and resources for use.
