Abstract

This work aims to publicize the proposal for the creation of a company producing and marketing endemic animal figures with built-in audio and QR code in the Galápagos Islands. Inherent issues such as the analysis of the opportunity, research of the environment, market, legal area, aspects of production, competition, marketing and sales and even the financial area which are necessary to know in depth essential details to verify the viability of the project will be addressed. Starting from the fact that the Galápagos Islands are considered a World Heritage Site by having unparalleled, landscapes, without leaving behind their exquisite flora and fauna and with the desire to promote this beautiful tourist place and provide more employment alternatives through the art that the artisans of the region have, this business proposal has been devised
