Abstract

The present research work with the theme: "Methodological Proposal for the Application of the Standard Cost of Fractionated Blood Components of Blood in Private Blood Banks of the City of Guayaquil" was carried out to identify the updated standard cost of the blood components and technically determine their price for recovery or transfer to the patient. This proposal seeks to provide analytical and theoretical information using business intelligence techniques that allow establishing the drivers of costs and rates, as well as the design of reports that allow understanding the process and activities of the Blood Bank in such a way that it can be taken as a guide in the implementation of the data model of other economic sectors.
