Análisis de la institución del patrimonio familiar en sede notarial.

Abstract

The present work has the purpose of legally analyzing the constitution of the family patrimony and the importance of this institution being carried out in a notarial office. For the methodology, the theoretical method of analysis-synthesis and the descriptive method were applied. With the results of the study, it is expected to demonstrate the need for this procedure to be carried out in a notarial office, without neglecting the basic principles of the notarial procedure as guidelines that govern notarial actions under the principles of speed, efficiency and procedural economy. In the same way, it seeks to reduce the procedural burden in the courts, as well as provide timely responses to the requirements of the citizens to protect their assets under this legal figure.
