Composición de un tema inédito en género pop basado en el análisis del tema “No es casual” del compositor Jorge Luis Piloto.

Abstract

This research exhibits the creative process of a Pop theme through the analysis of the song “No es casual” by the songwriter Jorge Luis Piloto. In order to achieve the finished product of this melody, the generic characteristics of Pop music were acquired through the respective analysis done. When this process was effected, it was obtained all the harmonic and melodic resources along with the instrumentation’s format that resulted in the realization of the song “Quisiera” the moment the lyrics blended in. The insight of the first chapter shows an introduction to the theme manifesting a diverse historical background and references while determining the importance of this investigation and designing the respective goals. Through the course of the second chapter, we find all the theoretical components that served essentially to state the attributes that Pop music possess. Additionally, it is attainable to define the methods and techniques to use throughout this outstanding research. Subsequently, the third chapter of this investigation concludes demonstrating the artistic product development call “Quisiera”.
