Adolescentes Infractoras : factores de riesgo socio familiares que influyen en el comportamiento delictivo y criminal.

Abstract

The general objective of this research was the analysis of family and social risk factors that influence delinquent and criminal behavior in adolescent offenders through interviews with experts and documentary research. The importance of this study lies in the fact that the problem of criminality and delinquency in adolescents is mostly studied in men, generating uncertainty regarding the factors that intervene in the appearance of criminal behavior in women. Therefore, the research was framed within the qualitative approach, specifically from the interpretive paradigm and the descriptive method. The data was obtained through documentary research and interviews with experts on the subject, two clinical psychologists and a social worker. Through this research, it was obtained as results that the family and society can represent risk factors in the constitution of delinquent and criminal behaviors in the adolescent, beyond the fact that the adolescent is a subject of choice.
