La viabilidad de la fijación de alimentos voluntaria ante el notario público conforme al ordenamiento jurídico ecuatoriano.

Abstract

The right to food is a legal obligation through which the food creditor obliges to comply with the necessary requirements to survive: clothing, housing, medical assistance, education and instruction. The establishment of voluntary food is a free, autonomous and deliberate intention to comply with an obligation and, therefore, it moves away from becoming a judicial mandate. The Ecuadorian legal system, in its various legal bodies, welcomes and defends this right and civic obligation. In this context, an investigation must be made that goes through its bibliographical support, the theorist and the judicial defense demonstrate the viability of this food consignment before the notary public and according to the civil and constitutional laws of the country.
