Análisis ex-ante y ex-post de la implementación de robots industriales para la reducción de los factores de riesgo ergonómico de los empleados de la empresa ABC.

Abstract

In the next research work, the implementation of industrial robots in the ergonomic risk reduction of the company ABC is analyzed, the machinery that could be implemented to solve the ergonomic risk is presented, also describes the machinery that was implemented to improve the production processes of the organization and planning from the time a previous study was carried out, to the implementation of the machinery and the training of operators. The methodology of this study comprises a mixed research, with a non-experimental design, a descriptive scope, in which the sample were the heads of manufacturing area and winery and plant operators. Information was collected from interviews and meetings with staff, the data source is primary and secondary and the data were analyzed through descriptive statistics. At the end it shows the benefits of which can be highlighted improvement of the working climate, reduction of risk for diseases or accidents, improvement in the organization within manufacturing and warehouse areas, in the same way the opinion and welfare of the operators was taken into account in a greater increase and the use of blackboards was implemented so that the collaborators could express possible ideas for improvement.
