El agua potable no contabilizada y el aspecto socio-económicos del cantón La Troncal. Período 2019-2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the unaccounted for drinking water and the socioeconomic aspects within the Canton La Troncal, period 2019-2020, under the framed theories regarding public, economic, social, organicist and well-being policies. The research is qualitative, quantitative and descriptive-exploratory, since it tries to describe and analyze the levels that exist between unaccounted for water and the socio-economic aspect of the drinking water company of Cantón La Troncal. To achieve this, we start from a theoretical framework of government regimes with different Keynesian tendencies, liberal, neoliberal, interventionist, organic theory, state theory, according to their positions, it is based on the fact that public companies, parish water boards, joint ventures of drinking water, etc., would operate in an environment according to the economic and social thinking that the current regime would have. That is to say, what attitude would a neo-liberal tendency, or welfare tendency, an organicist, an interventionist, a Keynesian or a statesman, etc. take? versus unaccounted for water where sources of savings are wasted where little or nothing has been done to increase the efficiency of water control. Surveys will be carried out in order to detect the impact that the socioeconomic levels of the Cantón La Troncal would have.
