Plan para la reactivación post Covid-19 de la actividad de parapente en la comunidad de San Pedro, provincia de Santa Elena.

Abstract

This project is carried out whose general objective is to propose a plan for the postCovid-19 reactivation of paragliding activity in the community of San Pedro, province of Santa Elena, for this, it is necessary to achieve the following specific objectives: Determine the status current paragliding activity in the community of San Pedro, province of Santa Elena; Carry out a market study to establish the needs of the demand with respect to the paragliding activity; Develop a post-covid-19 economic reactivation plan for paragliding activity. The legal framework is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador; General Regulation of Tourist Activities. The design and types of research used in the realization of this thesis were: Descriptive; Exploratory and Field, the mixed research approach is used, both qualitative and quantitative, due to the importance of the general aspects and characteristics of the tourist place, the same ones that have been measured through interviews; in addition to measuring the values of 385 surveys carried out on the economically active population of the city of Guayaquil that have been collected, tabulated, plotted and interpreted, in addition to the gathering of information through an observation sheet. The respective justification of the proposal is made, the main objective of which is to propose a post-Covid-19 economic reactivation plan for the paragliding activity in the community of San Pedro in the proclivity of Santa Elena, the SWOT analysis was carried out to the paragliding sector, the problems were detected and after this analysis 8 improvement projects were carried out for the tourist and economic reactivation.
