Abstract

This scientific article refers to an investigation on the method of application of state budgets managed by the different governance spaces that our country has, such as District 01D07 Camilo Ponce Enríquez - Health. This analysis lies in determining; Yes, the results obtained in the 2019 period met the programmed goal, based on the measurement of institutional management indicators. According to the District budget, it has been developed effectively and efficiently in line with the% GPR achieved. The study applies the deductive method, with a quantitative, non-experimental, transversal and retrospective approach, because information (from the budget schedule) and reports obtained from the Esigef system are provided by the Financial and District Planning unit. In the methodological part or in the methodology, summary tables were prepared, taking the data to interpret them within the percentages executed by the financial section, as a consequence of the management carried out by the institution. Finally, it is concluded that the designed proposal contributes favorably to institutional planning through the measurement of its management indicators; based on the results obtained through the budget execution analysis. It complies with the spending programming according to the administration of current and investment resources in an optimal way, with an administrative, technical and legal approach.
