Abstract

The civil works project is a document that consists of complying with a series of requirements and stages that must be carried out in order to successfully complete said project and proceed with its construction, a challenge in the execution of civil works is to be able to comply with the times established for the project, and in this way deliver it within the period determined by the client, There are several problems that can arise when carrying out and executing a construction project, this research topic will aim to enunciate the different techniques that are used in the management of civil works projects when there is some kind of delay in their schedules, that is, techniques will be proposed which will be used taking into account the magnitude of the delay by applying them in a schedule and this form will determine which are the most efficient.
