Normativa del teletrabajo en el Ecuador en la actual crisis sanitaria del COVID 19.

Abstract

Companies choose to take this new modality of telework, in order to provide a better service and teach their workers to be able to be in any territorial location but required to have at hand all the tools provided by the entity where they work. In this investigative work, a study was carried out regarding the current modality of telework according to the perspective of its workers during the current health emergency of COVID-19, which will allow to know the impact of the long hours of work they have and thus generate a proposal that can contribute to the correct implementation of the new teleworking modality in Ecuador, focusing on the employer who must respect the teleworker citizen's right to disconnect, because the current unconstitutionality regarding the issue is evident, because it violates the rights of Workers.
