Estudio predictivo del impacto de la implementación de robots con inteligencia artificial en el área de servicio al cliente de unidades médicas privadas en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract

Robots with artificial intelligence have contributed to health care by improving service in medical units; as they have also evolved with respect to the needs of the human being, solving current problems such as the optimization of patient diagnosis processes within medical units. For this reason, this degree work focuses on detailing the processes carried out in the area of patient service, knowing the perspective of medical professionals and patients to specify in which processes / tasks it could be suggested to implement a robot with artificial intelligence within health entities. Using an exploratory research methodology with a quantitative and qualitative approach for data collection applied to doctors and patients in the city of Guayaquil. With this information, the advantages and risks of the application of robots with artificial intelligence will be established, as well as the factors that allow it. Respectively, the findings will contribute to detail the characteristics that the robot must have, so that it conforms to the service model of medical units and collaborates with social distancing, in the area of customer service.
