Abstract

Agrotourism is one of the modalities that tourists choose to do where they like this type of tourism where they develop in rural areas, montubian traditions, cultural, rural, equestrian and ecotourism tourism are very important. Tourism and within it, agrotourism has become one of the priority activities to develo pon the farm, implementing recreational spaces, conserving natural spaces, cultural wealth and ancestral knowledge of it. The type of research that will be used will be descriptive and explorative; with regard to descriptive research, as the word itself says, a general description is made as complete as possible, obtaining the pertinent information about the Hacienda, all its surroundings and what could be offered to the tourist. Regarding the exploratory investigation, the Treasury must be analyzed to have the necessary approach and obtain the information to be able to start with obtaining that data in detail and carry out the general analysis. Regarding data collection techniques, surveys and interviews will be used. Due to the current situation that we are facing in the world, the surveys/ questionnaires will be carried out to the entire population of Balzar online. On the other hand, the interviews are applied to Dr. Javier Olivares, who will provide the pertinent information to structure the information of the Treasury.
