Análisis de los derechos laborales de seguridad y salud en la emergencia del COVID-19.

Abstract

The present academic research work is about an analysis made to the normative dispositions originated from the declaration of pandemic of the viral disease named by the scientific community COVID-19. The aforementioned infectious disease has had a worldwide impact, which has meant the establishment of quarantines and consequently the paralysis of the vast majority of regular human activities, among which is work. In response to this, the capitals and the market have established a series of norms and guidelines at the global, regional and national levels that have established restrictions and / or violations of human rights. In the present investigation, the impacts on labor rights caused by COVID-19 are described and analyzed, specifically Safety and Health rights at work. As well as the normative and doctrinal discussion regarding the categorization of the pandemic as a type of applicable disease within the institution that establishes the risks at work and occupational diseases. That in attention to the corresponding conventions of the International Labor Organization, and the declarations made by the World Health Organization, from the perspective of labor law and its related branches.
