Abstract

The present work aims to analyze the feasibility of creating the proposed Business Plan for the development of a heavy-duty transport application (APP) that will allow the shipment of merchandise, parcels and the like inside or outside the city of Guayaquil at the national level. It originates to offer an alternative to the need for transportation, is the particular case of the study, heavy load or parcels. Taking as a reference the market analysis on the digital economy and the growing trend of service providers through applications; It seeks to offer a service to a latent need focused on the transportation of objects of any size or weight in a safe and economical way. For this, a market study was conducted in order to determine the factors that influence the use of the application, price. In addition, determine the target market and then design strategies to satisfy the customer. Similarly, a financial analysis was carried out that allowed analyzing the viability of the project through financial indicators determining profitability profitability indicators with an IR 45.69% higher than the rate accepted by the investor and a NPV higher than zero with a value of $ 48,007.61.
