Análisis de factibilidad económica para la exportación de carne vegana a base de lenteja a Estados Unidos.

Abstract

The present research work consists of a feasibility study through the design of a financial administrative structure for the export of lentil meat to the United States of America. The design initially consists of a market study to know the food needs of the vegan population in the United States, and then through a technical and financial study to determine its relevance for capital investment in the exporting company. The research methodology is inductive - deductive with a qualitative-quantitative mixed approach. For this research project a simple random probabilistic sample is taken since there is no exact data on vegetarian diners in the US, an online survey was applied to them and 4 experts on the subject were also interviewed, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Through the five-year projective analysis, it was observed that the business is profitable with sustained growth that would allow the company to consolidate in the United States food market. It is intended to guide the investor in making decisions about the appropriateness of placing their capital in the business of production and export of lentil meat in such a way as to ensure the return of their capital and an acceptable rate of profitability on it.
