“Christopher el paciente juicioso”.

Abstract

The present work constituted a case analysis taught by the clinical psychology degree to obtain a bachelor's degree in clinical psychology. The work sought by means of the theoretical components to break down by way of hypothesis the evidence that develops in an obsessive neurotic structure within the subjective particularity of the patient. These particularities are: as the patient establishes his enjoyment in relation to the Other through his demand, the formation of an oblative ghost, the position he takes in front of the world to avoid having castration, the development of a fierce superego that will subject him to fulfillment, to submission, to the libidinal displacement that goes from the body to thought, while perceiving articulated thinking to an ideal of omnipotence and omnividence. The analysis was based on 3 levels: descriptive, dynamic and structural; where the descriptive level will cover from the reason for which the patient went to consultation until the historicization of his symptoms. The dynamic level will be the way in which the patient has been structuring from childhood to the present and finally at the structural level there will be a differential path of structures to support the final diagnosis of the case.
