Abstract

The present work of titling aimed at the analysis, design and implementation of a web system for the management and generation of purchase orders in the company SOLEG Soluciones Logística; It was carried out by means of a qualitative type investigation since it was necessary to carry out a field observation to determine how the process is carried out, its critical points, involved in the process and identify the problems of carrying out the process manually. As a result of the investigation, it was possible to determine what the problems were, their causes and consequences, in this way, a web system adapted to the needs of the company could be designed and implemented, in this way it is possible to comply with the guidelines established in the process for the Acquisition of bines and services. The system is capable of generating purchase requests, creation of a comparative chart of quotes, the approval of the aforementioned quotes, the development of a purchase order model, the authorization of the purchase order by levels, the presentation of the status Current requests through graphics and the generation of a final document. The system manages to speed up the process to generate a purchase order and reduce the expenditure of company resources.
