El acto homicida como pasaje al acto en adolescentes psicóticos : intervenciones clínicas en la urgencia subjetiva.

Abstract

This research was carried out based on the relationship that exists between the subjective avatars that the child goes through in the psychotic structure and the passage to the act. The main objective was to analyze the homicidal act as a passage to the act in psychotic adolescents from a bibliographic review for the elaboration of a proposal for clinical intervention in subjective urgency. A qualitative methodology was used to analyze and process the information collected. The proposal made is to work from the emergency clinic as a possible intervention, in which the psychologist with psychoanalytic orientation attends to psychotic adolescents, from the place of secretary of the alienated that aims to regulate the enjoyment that comes from the Other, accompanying to yield that enjoyment and assemble the delirious constructions.
