Automatización de un sistema de bombeo para un centro de operaciones de industrias cárnicas en Guayaquil para el tratamiento de agua residuales para su uso en los servicios generales.

Abstract

The main objective of this work is the automation of the wastewater pumping system, from a landfill in the plant of the Center of Meat Industries in Guayaquil to its different general service processes, in order to contribute with this new design to an optimal solution and thus improve the levels of savings in water consumption. Chapter one details the different methodologies that were used such as: field, analytical and documentary, carrying out a survey of information where it was possible to verify that the systems had problems in the electrical and also mechanical part, for which it was proposed to perform an automation of the pumping system by means of a programmed team that will control the determined levels as it was raised in the objectives to be fulfilled justifying the project and the problem statement. In chapter two we establish all the theoretical framework necessary for this project clearly explaining all the definitions corresponding to the subject to be treated in this thesis covering electrical, mechanical and PLC programming concepts. In chapter three the entire process of automated pumping system is developed, finally as a conclusion an economic technical study was carried out for the application of this project, highlighting that for the life of the project the operational damages are minimized by recommending preventive maintenance- corrective to guarantee its permanence.
