| dc.description | El presente trabajo tiene por finalidad analizar la figura de la Responsabilidad Extracontractual del Estado en Ecuador, sus antecedentes históricos, desarrollo normativo, elementos, los procedimientos aplicables para el reclamo y el ámbito de aplicación que el reciente Código Orgánico Administrativo ha instaurado en comparación con el Estatuto del Régimen Jurídico de la Función Ejecutiva, normativa ya derogada, permitiendo así concluir si es o no suficiente la normativa aplicable a la Responsabilidad Extracontractual que se encuentra en la actual norma para que el ciudadano pueda reclamar una justa indemnización. | en_US |
