| Résumé: | The present work addresses a clinical case analyzed through points and concepts that are based on psychoanalysis. The case is about the life of Magdalena, a woman who can not bear the definitive abandonment of her husband, and as a result of that, has entered into a crisis of anguish, to the point of abandoning herself and having intense suicidal desires. Faced with the impossibility of supporting this event, the subject responds by means of symptoms that revolve around her body, her desire and the position with which she confronts and presents herself to her problems, revealing a structure of hysterical neurosis. Through the different positions and the theoretical constructions contributed by different authors, it was tried to analyze and explain the particular actions of the person in relation to her phantom and position of enjoyment to have an approach to her subjective structure. |
| Description: | El presente trabajo aborda un caso clínico analizado a través de puntualizaciones y conceptos que se fundamentan en el psicoanálisis. El caso se trata sobre la vida de Magdalena, una mujer que no soporta el abandono definitivo de su esposo, y que como consecuencia de eso, ha entrado en una crisis de angustia, a tal punto de abandonarse a sí misma y a tener intensos deseos suicidas. Ante la imposibilidad de soportar dicho suceso, el sujeto responde mediante síntomas que giran en torno a su cuerpo, su deseo y a la posición con la cual se enfrenta y se presenta ante sus problemáticas, revelando una estructura de neurosis histérica. Por medio de las distintas posturas y construcciones teóricas aportadas por diferentes autores, se trató de analizar y explicar las acciones particulares del sujeto en relación a su fantasma y posición de goce para tener un acercamiento a su estructura subjetiva. |
