Las diversas demandas de la comunidad educativa sobre el docente y sus efectos en el vínculo educativo.

Abstract

In the last decade there has been a noticeable change in the educational system of Ecuadorian society. On one hand, new parameters regulated by government entities have been established and, on the other hand, there has been a change in the functions exercised by the teacher. The educational link is the factor that allows a transmission of knowledge to students by the teacher, but due to all these changes that have affected the education system, it has seen a deterioration or break in this link, since the teacher can´t accomplish the multiplicity of demands imposed on his/her within the educational community. For this reason, it is proposed in this research work to perform an analysis of the demands received by the teacher and the consequent discomfort, through a psychoanalytic theoretical framework and a qualitative methodology. In order to determine how it affects the educational link, leaving the desire of the teacher and his position as agent of knowledge in the background.
